As children of a home builder Kevin Graefe and Kari Barnes always knew they would be in the real estate industry in one facet or another. After 10 years as an officer in the Air Force and 3 years as a director in the investment industry Kevin started the Pathway Team setting the business foundation on 3 principles; Exceptional Service, Relationship Building, and Unmatched Industry Expertise. Kari Barnes joined Kevin to take on the position of office manager.
